We’re in this together.
We care deeply about your ride experience. Honesty, integrity, and fairness are core to our thesis, and we strive to live by the adage of “treat others the way you want to be treated”.
That being said, we’re all human, and we may not always get it right. If that happens, we promise to do our best to make it right.
Whenever you have questions or issues, feel free to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Let’s figure this out together.
