Randall R. Jacobs is a serial entrepreneur, veteran strategy/product/sourcing consultant, and advisor to large companies, startups, and other organizations in the bicycle, transportation, and technology spaces.
A two-time amateur national champion and former pro mountain biker, Randall contemplates physics, technology, and the emergence of consciousness while riding his prototype bicycles around the Bay Area.
Randall has long been on a mission to get more people riding. Having started his career in bike shops, he went on to develop product and market strategy for Specialized Bicycles, consult on strategy and partnerships for a number of bike startups, and build the OpenBike electronics connectivity platform. A Boston native, Randall holds degrees from Northeastern University and Tufts' Fletcher School, studied at Sun Yat Sen University in Guangzhou, has spent years in Asia on sourcing and business development projects, and is a fluent Mandarin speaker.
Alice S. Liu is an entrepreneur, strategist, relationship-builder, operations expert, and storyteller.
Over the course of her career, she has built the National Geographic TV series Bridge The Gap, served as chief of staff for the mission-driven investment firm MOTIV, managed marketing and events for the award-winning homelessness nonprofit Community Housing Partnership, and been part of the team building InVision, a hypergrowth tech company featured on Forbes’s Next Billion Dollar Startups. She has extensive experience in strategic relationship management with high-profile companies like Airbnb, L’Oreal, Ben & Jerry’s, Getty Images, Levi’s, and NBC Universal.
Alice has been privileged to work with folks from all walks of life, from homeless individuals to high-net-worth investors. She is intrigued by people and how they make decisions, relate to each other, and shape their communities. She is passionate about building mission-driven organizations that operate with integrity, treat their stakeholders fairly, and empower people to live brilliant lives.
